Items depicted are ready-made and will be shipped out within 24 hours. Custom orders and special requests will require extra time, and this will be discussed and agreed upon before acceptance of the order.

Once the item has been shipped, we are at the mercy of the postal systems and the handling of the package is out of our control. When applicable, a tracking number will be provided but free shipping options do not include tracking.
